Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policies

RealtyTrac Inc. is offering the Finding Foreclosures Book (FFB) to its website visitors and members. RealtyTrac markets FFB and RTI Publishing, Inc. processes the orders. Due to the nature of select products (e.g. print materials, CD’s, DVD’s, software) RTI Publishing, Inc. follows industry standards in developing and applying its exchanges, returns and refunds policies. Please note that the policies are strictly applied.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for defective products. If you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product for an identical replacement only by contacting Member Services at (800)306-9757. RTI Publishing, Inc. will absorb the cost to ship you a replacement for the defective product.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds for the Finding Foreclosures Book are accepted under the following conditions only:

• The return must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date;
• The return must be in the original unopened package;
• A Return Authorization Number must be obtained before the product is returned by calling (800) 306-9757;
• A 10% restocking fee will be charged against the refund amount;
• The refund will be credited to the payment method used for the order;
• Shipping costs incurred to return the product will be paid by the purchaser.

A return shipping address will be provided during the Return Authorization call.

Refunds will NOT be provided under any condition(s) below:

• If the original shipping package has been opened or tampered with;
• If the return is not received within 14 days of the purchase date;
